sege777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification; inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months; or any other reason that sege777 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with applicable law.
You may close your sege777 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, 11, and 13 — shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
